I am old so I remember history. During the fifties, Republicans told the electorate, "We will give you everything the Democrats will, only we will do it cheaper." The electorate gave control of the House and Senate to the Democrats. Now we see this same attitude in the RINOs, who used to be Rockefeller Republicans. They trashed Goldwater and Reagan so they could keep control of the party. They hate conservatives more than the radical lefties if that is possible. Blessings on Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes. Ironic that an Aussie may save us from the RINOS.
Just in passing, O'Reilly gets my goat. He is NOT a conservative. He is a populist who believes in government as the solution to all problems. He also believes that opponents must offer positive solutions not just say "No". Well I believe in criminalizing murder. Must I offer an alternative? Must I say we ought to allow severe beatings if they stop before death?
